Surrealerpool was to have presented Unheimlich Home as part of Light Night at Home on 15 May 2020, but a virus cancelled the event.
In German one word for ‘home’ is ‘heim’. So ‘unheimlich’ is ‘unhomely’, but it is also ‘uncanny’.
In the unheimlich home you can tour the many strange rooms, play surreal games, and read the book of surreal proverbs and superstitions.
